C Bakery – Hong Kong Apple Pie Specialty Store
We use Japanese flour, French fermented butter, and Australian high-quality milk to create Hong Kong-style apple pie using hand-baked techniques. The Dutch cookie crust is as light and crispy as pineapple crust, low in sugar and not greasy; the filling is filled with slow-cooked apple pulp, retaining the natural juiciness and light cinnamon fragrance. The original cinnamon bread pudding grains add a smoky and chewy texture, blending perfectly with the crispy fruit pulp.
